Information About Accessible Guest Rooms

Our hotel has the following accessible suite types:

• Mobility/Hearing Accessible Larger Studio, One King, Sofa Bed, Trundle Bed, Roll-in Shower 
• Mobility/Hearing Accessible Larger Studio, Two Queen, Sofa Bed, Trundle Bed, Roll-in Shower 

Suites designated as mobility accessible have features for guests with mobility disabilities, including, but not limited to:

• Doorways that provide 32” of clear width
• Roll-in shower or tub with grab 
• Toilet seat at wheelchair height
• Accessible vanity
• Accessible route to all parts of the room

Suites designated as hearing accessible have features for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, including visual alarms and notification devices.

Upon check-in, the hotel will place a hold on your debit or credit card for room & tax charges for the full stay, any applicable fees, plus an amount of $100 per day for incidentals up to 3 days or as needed. 

The Incidental hold will be released by the issuing bank within 14 business days after your departure as long as no additional charges are incurred. The minimum check-in age is 18 years old.

A $17.99 hotel fee will be added to your stay. The fee includes:

• Daily breakfast buffet at The Commons
• Self-parking during your stay
• 24/7 airport shuttle services
• 24/7 shuttle to local area (5-mile radius)
• 24-hour fitness center
• WiFi throughout entire hotel
• Indoor swimming pool

Sonesta is proud to invite your cuddly companions and provide special amenities like comfy pet beds, bowls, waterproof mats, and treats at check-in. We’ll greet your pet with an arrival letter outlining our local recommendations for a pawsome stay. 

Sonesta Select Seattle Renton Suites is pet-friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite. 

$75 fee per stay applies. A $150 fee per stay applies for guests staying 7 days or more.

Take advantage of our shuttle service available 24 hours a day. Providing transportation to the airport and local area shopping. Available on a first come, first served basis. Mileage restrictions apply. Please note that the shuttle service is included in the hotel fee.

The oversized rooms and suites at Sonesta Select Seattle Renton Suites feature king, queen, or double beds with plush linens. All rooms offer the following features:
