Hotel Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

Credit Card Requirement: A valid physical credit card matching the registered guest's name, along with ID, is required at check-in.

Prepaid Card Policy: Please note that prepaid cards such as Chime or Cash App cannot be accepted for room payment.

Upon check-in, the hotel will authorize your debit or credit card for the total amount of room and tax charges for the entire stay, any applicable fees, and an additional hold of $250 for incidentals. This authorization will be held on your card until checkout, at which point, any unused portion will be released back to your account. Please note that actual charges may vary based on your consumption of hotel services and any damages incurred during your stay.

Room Extensions: If a reservation is extended after check-in, any previously authorized amount on the guest's credit/debit card will be hard charged. The guest must present a physical card and ID once again to be charged for any additional nights. The $250 hold for incidentals at check-in cannot be applied towards future room nights.

Long Term Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, the hotel will charge for the first 7 nights plus $250 for incidentals at check-in. Subsequently, guests must present a physical card and ID each week to be charged for the next 7 days. Upon request, guests may pay for additional days at any time or change the payment schedule, as long as they remain current on their payments.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are available upon request, but they are not guaranteed and come with an extra charge.

Sonesta Simply Suites Denver West Federal Center is pet-friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite.

$75 fee applies for stays up to 7 nights; $150 for all longer stays.
