Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service

Sonesta Atlanta Airport North offers a complimentary shuttle service for our guests to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, which is only a 5-minute drive away. The shuttle runs at regular intervals of 30 minutes, providing guests with easy and convenient transportation. To catch the shuttle, guests can head to Ground Transportation located outside of the Baggage Claim and look for the Hotel Shuttle Area, specifically Bays 9 - 13. 

We prioritize your safety and well-being at all times. Our housekeeping protocol includes a full cleaning of guest rooms for stays longer than 7 days, which takes place once a week. For any additional cleaning services during your stay, please inform us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and we will be happy to accommodate your request. For daily needs such as extra towels, coffee, tea, or other amenities, please reach out to the front desk for assistance.
