Offer available at Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX (“Hotel”) only. Must book with the Sonesta Sales Team at mark.adams@sonesta.com and reference promocode EPRO prior to receipt of any proposal. Must enter written contract by July 31st, 2025 for events actualized before March 31st, 2026.

Offer includes: (i) three (3) Sonesta Travel Pass Reward Points issued to Meeting Planner per One Dollar ($1.00) spent on (a) room nights for ten (10) or more individuals; (b) meetings or event space; (c) audio visual services; and (d) catering services, exclusive of taxes and other fees where applicable per eligible agreement, up to One Hundred Thousand (100,000) points per eligible agreement; (ii) Three (3%) percent discount off of Master Bill, and (iii) no rate increase for up to three (3) additional bookings made simultaneously by the same group. Such reservation must be paid in full by a single Master Account prior to distribution of the Travel Pass Reward Points to one (1) Meeting Planner. Meeting Planner must be 18 years of age or the age to sign a binding agreement in their respective state or province of residence, whichever is older. Must be an active Sonesta Travel Pass Member to participate. Travel Pass number must be provided at the point of contract execution.
