If you need to check out later than the designated time, you must also coordinate with the hotel to see if a late checkout is possible. Housekeeping  

At The Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort Lihue, the health and safety of our guests is of utmost importance. For stays longer than 7 days, a full cleaning of the guest room will be provided once a week as part of our current housekeeping protocol. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. For additional towels, coffee and tea, or any other amenities, please don't hesitate to contact the front desk.

The Royal Sonesta Kauai is only 2 miles from the Lihue Airport. We offer a shuttle to and from the Lihue Airport. 

2. Does your Kauai beachfront resort have a pool? 

Yes. Our beachfront resort features the largest single-level outdoor pool in Hawaii. 

3. When is check-in/checkout time at your hotel in Kauai? Do you offer early check-in or late checkout? 

Guest can check in from 4:00PM. The checkout time is 11:00AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available, subject to availability. 
 

4. Do you have on-site parking? Is it included in my room rate? 

The parking fees are not included in the room rate. Self-parking is available at the rate of $30 per day, as well as valet parking for $40 per day. 

5. Do you offer room service? What are the hours? 

Yes, room service is available. Guests can order in-room dining for breakfast between 7:00 - 11:00AM and dinner between 5:00 - 10:00PM.

6. Do you have an onsite laundry service?
