David started his culinary career at age 17 at the busiest restaurant in Grays Harbor County and by age 20 was the Kitchen Manager. After 12 years working in fast paced kitchens, David joined the Red Lion Family. Working under the top chefs in the brand, he grew his culinary and kitchen management skills and became Executive Chef for Hotel RL Salt Lake City in 2017. There he excelled in mass production and banquets. David looks to bring an exciting new take on traditional American Cuisine to 48° North.

Coho has transported more than 22 million passengers and six million vehicles over the past fifty-plus years. Originally carrying freight trucks, in addition to passengers between Seattle, Port Angeles, Port Townsend and Victoria, the M.V. Coho has focused specifically on the Port Angeles to Victoria passenger and vehicle route since 1973 and has developed an unparalleled record of reliability over the decades.
